Appointment Request

We are now scheduling appointments for eye exams and our optical. We are taking many steps to insure your health and wellness at our office including masks, gloves, daily screenings, increased disinfection of high traffic areas, fully sanitizing the exam rooms between patients, and limiting the amount of people in the office. We are asking patients to help by wearing a mask, rescheduling if you have been ill within 14 days, coming alone, and calling ahead to schedule all optical visits. We can’t wait to see you!
